Bumblebee wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built in a chaotic airport baggage claim, juggling way too many bags, carseats, a stroller, and tired, crying baby and a toddler.

Why We Started

Travelling With a Baby Shouldn't Feel Like Moving House

As a mom, I know the chaos of travelling with kids. The car seat, the crib, the stroller — it fills the whole car before you've packed a single bag. And when you finally arrive, exhausted, you still have to assemble everything.

"I remember hauling our entire nursery for our travels. There had to be a better way."

I looked for trustworthy baby gear rental service in the GTA and found the options were limited. What I found, I wasn't fully confident in — I didn't know how the equipment was cleaned, how recently it was inspected, or whether it truly met Canadian safety standards.

So I built what I wish exists anywhere we travel. Bumblebee Baby Gear Rentals is a service built by a parent, for parents — with CSA-certified equipment, non-toxic deep-cleaning between every rental, and the kind of care you'd expect if a friend was lending you their own baby gear.
